To have 24/7 access to a current statement, view previous statements, see water usage, make a payment, and see even more account information create an online profile and register your utility account.
Go to Customer Portal Use your email address to sign in or create an account. You will need your account number and customer ID to add your utility account.
The most recent bill is available in the ‘Current Bill’ area. Click the View Bill link to see the most recent bill. The bill can be printed or downloaded on this page. The ‘Recent Bills’ area displays the latest bills. Select View Bill next to the bill of interest to view, download, or print the bill. For dates not displayed, click ‘View All’. The account and customer ID numbers are located on your Municipal Services Statement.
NOTE: Bills prior to April 2024 will not generate a bill.
