How do I pay my bill?

There are several ways to pay your utility statement.

Online:  At our Customer Portal using a debit/credit card and e-check.  A 3% fee is added when paying with a debit or credit card online.  The website is available at any time.

Bank Draft:  Download the Bank Draft Authorization form HERE. Mail the form to P.O.  Box 3479, Abilene, TX 79604 or bring the completed form to the Customer Service Center at 4595 S 1^st St.  The form can also be dropped off in one of our drop boxes at the Customer Service Center parking lot or City Hall parking lot (555 Walnut St). The account and customer ID numbers are located on your Municipal Services Statement.

By Phone:  The automated system is available at any time.  Call (325)676-6405 to pay by credit/debit card or e-check.  There is a 2.95% fee when paying by phone with a debit or credit card.  A $0.95 fee is added when paying by e-check.

By Drop Box:  Pay your bill using either of the drop boxes at the Customer Service Center parking lot (4595 S 1^st St) or City Hall parking lot (555 Walnut St).  Bank draft forms can be left in a drop box also.

In person:  Visit the Customer Service Center Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to pay in person. Cashiers can accept cash, check, or money orders for no added fees. A 3% fee will be added when paying with a credit or debit card.  You may also bring completed bank draft forms to the office.
