How do I open an account and begin service?

To open a utility account, click HERE and complete the online application.  You will be required to add a legible signature and include valid identification.  Once the requested information has been submitted, a customer service representative will contact you regarding your request.

You can also visit us in person at 4595 S 1^st St.  A completed application (available online or in person) is required along with valid identification.
